The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing of all cancellations. Refunds will be made after the Congress as followsCancellation on or before 15th July 2017 : 50% refund
Upon request, the Organising Committee will issue a letter of invitation. The sole purpose of the letter is to facilitate the delegate's travel and visa arrangements. Please note that a letter of invitation should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees and other expenses.
A certificate of attendance will be issued to all delegates.
The Organising Committee will not be liable for personal accidents, loss or damage to private property of participants during the Congress. Participants should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance.
Whilst every attempt will be made to ensure all aspects of the Congress mentioned in this announcement will take place as scheduled, the Organising Committee assumes no responsibility should it fail to materialise due to unforeseen circumstances.
