Jeong-Yeol Park is a gynecologic oncologist. He earned bachelor’s degree at College of Medicine, Gyongsang National University, Korea, a master’s degree and doctorate at Graduate School of Medicine, Univerity of Ulsan, Korea. He has completed his residency and fellowship at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University of Ulsan College of Medicine, Asan Medical Center, Seoul, Korea. He worked for the Center for Uterine Cancer, National Cancer Center, Korea, as a gynecologic oncologist for 3 years. He is working for the Division of Gynecologic Oncology, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, University of Ulsan College of Medicine, Asan Medical Center, Seoul, Korea. He is performing gynecologic oncologic surgeries, including minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopic and robotic) and chemotherapy for cervical, endometrial, ovarian, vaginal, and vulvar cancer. He is also performing minimally invasive surgery for benign gynecologic tumors, including myoma, adnomyosis, and endometriosis. He is participating in numerous clinical trials regarding gynecologic cancers. His main research subject is minimally invasive surgery for gynecologic cancer, fertility-sparing surgery for gynecologic cancer, debulking surgery for ovarian cancer, and targeted therapy for endometrial cancer and uterine sarcoma. He has published over 100 peer-reviewed scientific articles in international Journals.
