Urogynaecologist & Clinical Lead, Hospital Pulau Pinang

Dr. Shasindran Ramanujam is a Malaysian Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with a subspecialty in Urogynaecology. Currently serving as the Clinical Lead at the Urogynaecology Unit, Hospital Pulau Pinang, he brings over 15 years of experience in women's health, with expertise in pelvic floor disorders, bladder and bowel dysfunction, sexual medicine, and minimally invasive surgery.

He earned his MBBS from Manipal University in 2007 and later completed the MRCOG (UK) and fellowships in both Cosmetic Gynaecology and Urogynaecology. His training spans Malaysia and the UK, including a year at Croydon University Hospital, London.

Dr. Shasindran is an active researcher and educator, with multiple publications and presentations at national and international conferences. He regularly conducts workshops and serves as a faculty member and speaker in postgraduate medical education.
